We know it can be hard to trust natural deodorant, which is why we offer our Natural Confidence Guarantee™ for first-time customers.
If you try any deodorant and don’t love it within 30 days of delivery, just complete our short feedback form and we’ll refund your first tube — no returns required.
This guarantee:

Standard Returns
Because our deodorants are personal care items and made in small batches, we do not accept returns on used or opened products outside of the Natural Confidence Guarantee™.
Unopened items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To request a replacement or refund:

Attach photos of the damage and packaging

Submit within 72 hours of delivery
Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Requests submitted after 72 hours cannot be guaranteed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are fulfilled quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once placed.
