- Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Times:Standard: 3–4 business days.Expedited (USA Only): 2 business days.
- Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
- Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
- International: We ship to most countries. If yours isn't listed at checkout, DM us on Instagram or email support.

Standard Returns
Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or unopened items unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, please email support@thetallowskinco.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage.
- Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.
