Magnesium Mist is a topical magnesium chloride spray, used to improve sleep, muscle recovery, ease stress, raise magnesium levels and many other incredible uses.
Known as the "beautiful mineral" in Traditional Chinese Medicine, magnesium is just as vital to the body as air and water, credited with its remarkable ability to heal. 100mg elemental magnesium per 1ml / 6 sprays.
To Use:
1. Choose the Right Application Area
- Best Areas: Spray on soft tissue areas with good blood flow, such as the abdomen, thighs, inner arms, or feet.
- Avoid Sensitive Areas: Do not apply to broken skin, cuts, or areas prone to irritation.
2. Prepare the Skin
- Clean Skin: Apply after a shower or bath when the skin is clean and pores are open, allowing for better absorption.
- Dry Skin: Ensure the skin is dry before application for optimal adherence of the spray.
3. Apply the Spray
- Spray 5-10 spritzes (or as directed on the product label) onto the targeted area.
- Gently rub the spray into the skin with your hands to evenly distribute it.
4. Allow it to Absorb
- Let the spray sit on the skin for 20-30 minutes.
- If a residue forms or the area feels sticky, you can rinse it off after this time.
5. Address Tingling or Itching
- A tingling sensation is normal, especially if magnesium levels are low. This usually decreases with regular use.
- To reduce tingling, apply a body butter after absorption.
6. Consistency is Key
- Use the spray daily for best results, preferably at the same time each day to establish a routine.

I picked some of this up as soon as it came out. I've heard a lot about magnesium and have tried it once before, but didn't notice much. I've been using this on the bottoms of my feet before bed every night. My third and fourth night I noticed my sleep was deeper and I'm not waking up as often. I will continue to use this daily and hope for even greater results!
